SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Bigg Fella, every product undergoes strict quality checks. We strive to deliver your car accessories in perfect condition and within the shortest time possible. Please review our shipping practices below.

1. Shipping Zones & Coverage

• We ship our automotive accessories exclusively within India.

• We cover most pin codes serviced by major domestic courier partners (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees).

• If your location is in a remote area or non-serviceable zone, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or issue a full refund.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

• Standard Orders: Orders for in-stock items or orders that does not involve customization/painting, will be processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of payment confirmation.

• Custom/Painted Orders: All products that involves custom finish or specific paint match, processing may take 10 to 15 business days before dispatch.

• We do not ship or deliver packages on Sundays or national public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once orders are processed and dispatched, tracking details will be sent via Email/SMS. Delivery timelines usually range as follows:

• Metro Cities: [e.g., 3 to 5] business days.

• Rest of India: [e.g., 5 to 9] business days.

• We ensure timely delivery of the product but in case of delays longer than promised timeline, customer will be notified via Email / SMS / Call. In this case, customer retains the right to accept the delay or cancel the order and no additional charges are applied in case of cancellation.

• Note: Delays due to regional lockdowns, extreme weather, festivals, or courier operational issues are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

• Any applicable promotional offers (like "Free Shipping") will be automatically applied at the payment page.

5. Transport Damage & Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

• ABS plastic car body parts are large and fragile during transit.

• Crucial Requirement: You must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video from the moment you start opening the outer courier packaging until the product is completely revealed.

• All our products undergo strict quality checks before dispatching, however, If the item arrives broken or cracked, this video is mandatory to process insurance claims with our courier partner.
